I remember wanting to do something with this top but couldn't figure out what. One thing led to another and I had this look. I don't play Pictomancer much, but this weapon is so cute. However the Chocobo Brush is optional if you don't care for the chocobo look. Just dye the feathers (2nd dye slot) on The Warden's Vambraces differently.
