Description
Someone said on Twitter that this top is really hard to pair pants with. They are right. But I remembered the Torrent Tights for Scouting/Aiming, which had the kind of scaly look I wanted, and they go well with the shoes. You don't have to use Pure White Dye on the horns, nor Dark Blue for the body+arms, and the outfit can be themed any color combo you like. But I liked the way the Metallic Sky Blue and the Dark Blue on the chest make the waist area look like there are fish fins.
