Pre-EC glam. I thought of updating it to have the Ephemerist's Hat (a boon to witch hat lovers), but you really have to commit to going big on the Welkin Hat or going home. But, to each witch their own! Also, someday I pray SE will make the Shadowless/Ktiseos set dyeable or release dyeable dupes. Until then, Ink Blue Dye is the closes match to this skirt. This top looks fantastic with plain/mostly plain skirts because it covers the top of the bottoms and makes it look like one dress.
