Description
I was messing around a little bit and saw how the Southern Seas Skirt combined with the Cape of Happiness. I ended up liking it a lot more than the Clown's Pants! Update: decided to tweak the colors slightly to make them closer to the other version. I also forgot to turn Hagneia off again.
