Description
I saw the Cape of Happiness recently and immediately knew/wanted to make something with it. This is what I came up with. Works on all Healers and all genders, I just forgot to take my Hagneia off while the lighting was good. Can probably work on Casters too if you swap out the boots and gloves for their respective Caster variants.
