Wanted to do a Sweetheart cosplay after finishing Omori. Couldn't find a suitable heart-shaped flail, so I used a half heart (more or less) shaped axe, but it can be change for any weapon you prefer.
You can btw equip whatever panties you want, they're not going to be shown because the dress is too long
