Dark Knight Flamenco!

Anyone else watch that anime Samurai Flamenco? That was pretty wild. Anyway, enjoyed the pseudo-flamenco look that you can do with some of the Neo-Ishgardian tops, and found this tanking version I made to be particularly lovely. Wanted to try and strike a balance between decadent and glamorous, but still looking at least somewhat tank-ish in terms of armor.
