Description
Decided to do something flirty since I love this hat and the Heirloom caster's tunic so much. Gave me witch academy vibes... maybe because the Weird Sisters from CAoS really work those lacy collars. No weapon shown since it's a caster job neutral look and I wanted to show off the belt details, but when I use it on RDM I like to use the undyed Palladium Rapier.
