What's piracy if you aren't cute?

Technically it can be worn at any level and by any class if you remove the hat, but honestly, is it even worth it if you don't get a big dumb fancy hat? The gloves in the first three pictures for Bonewicca Tracker, not required if you don't have a level 70 ranged DPS but they definitely add to the look
