James (Team Rocket Pokemon cosplay)

Made this today, just messing around.... kinda glad how with how it turned out, thought I'd share. It can be made on NIN too... but you would need to use different boots and gloves, I'd suggest the Starlight boots from Xmas event years and years ago on mogstation. For gloves you could use the Grand Company gloves but they seem to be an off black for nations that arent Limsa. Anyways, Enjoy!
