Description
The Duke, greedy lord of the land and wielder of holy magic in a sinister hand. This glamour was built around the Valkyrie's Coat of Healing, with it's blue rose; the white ruffle in the Gaskins is to match the white ruffles in the coat, while the Monocle and Cane are meant to provide a "well-to-do, rich" flare to the appearance.
