Witchy Astro

For awhile last raid tier, I played a lot of Astrologian and I wanted to do a glam that used the amazing Welkin Hat from the AF gear, it's so good and screams just classic "Astro!" to me. In addition to that I really wanted to use the pants from E3S. I know this is a bit of a hard-to-find glam with lots of dungeon or raid pieces but I really like it. I think the pants can be substituted by more common options like the Quan pants and a similar effect can be achieved.
