I tried to put this together quite a while ago (pre-Shadowbringers) but wasn't happy with any of the options for gloves; having revisited it now I was delighted to find the Zonureskin gloves are an excellent match and the Sandteak Rod has a dyeable gem. The upper drape on the skirt has a great effect here too, and works well with the Raptor Blue colour to give almost a glowing effect. The outfit works for all caster DPS and might be adaptable for healers.
