Fight to protect the cafeteria's hot dogs as Zell Dincht, from Final Fantasy VIII! There's not much to say about this one rather than it's available for all classes from level one, though if you are a monk it would be advisable to use The Emperor's New Fists in order to not overwrite the Punching Gloves as they are the "real" weapon.
