Storm Elite set i have fallen in love with that works with the scale coat.
Goggles are optional i alternate between em and "Scion Rogue's Bandana" that fits the look nicely.
Hakama #55 is easy to change to something you prefer more.
My preferred classes for this are NIN, BRD and MCH but it works for any disciples of war
