Description
A visual novel from a certain series inspired me to grab some Neo-Ishgardian pieces again and attempt to make some sort of steampunk costumes for RDM. (I adore this hat! wish the veil was dyeable to not restrict options so much) Of course, it fits other casters as well with appropriate weapons.
