Gentleman of Light : Hildibrand Manderville

This outfit is dedicated to the Gentleman of Light himself: Hildibrand Manderville. Currently it's 5.31 and there's no Hildebrand quests in sight, but there is a chance he'll appear if you look in a certain spot. Is this a sign Hildy may come back? I hope so!
