Apparently 'filibuster' isn't just an obstruction tactic for congress, it's also basically a synonym for guerilla or insurgent. Both of which have negative connotations in the US so I guess that's why they chose that. Anyway, most of the Filibuster gear is really weird and bulky, but the maiming chest piece is a nice compromise and has enough color and texture to be interesting.
