Description
I picked up the Type-53 casting pants this week from Puppet's Bunker and I love them! I thought they'd make good pants for my RDM so I spent some time and came up with this outfit, though it could certainly work on any caster dps, and there's plenty of other weapons that might work better here, I'm sure. Additionally, if you don't have the Liberator's gloves you can substitute in any halfgloves really.
