The main piece that ties this glam together is the top, accessories are just the unintended icing on the cake. Can already make this at lv70, don't need to wait until lv80 just for the earrings and rings. I recommend painting your armour pieces to the same as your hair (or the other way around) for maximum colour coordination. Ink Blue was a cheap alternative to Jet Black but I guess I could have went with Soot Black...
