Was trying to figure out what I could pair with this top, then saw Diamond Moonrose's "Divine Eden", where they'd used the Miqo'te skirt. Thought it looked cool, but I'm not a Miqo'te, so we make do. Really love these shoes with this coat, too. -- Title from Fallout 3.
