Description
So I really liked the way the ribbon had some of the same colors as the Dalmascan Draped Top when they were both dyed the same color. It also made me think of something I'd see at Woodstock. The minimum level set to 75 for the arms, the weapon I think in this case could be changed out to suit other healers/canes for WHM.
