Not the most original of names, I’ll admit.
I do think the actual minimum level you can get away with this outfit is level 70 as feel the important pieces are the head, chest, arms and legs. Although I like the hoshikiri since colored straps are a theme in this, you can use whatever weapon you see fit. The skirt covers most of the legs, so feel free to adjust with whatever foot gear you have available. I leaned towards the zonurskin one cause of the nice brown straps and open-toe design.
