Description
Most of the outfit is all-classes gear; the Maelstrom pants are DoM-specific but the DoW pants are the same with a sash added so you could easily adapt this for other classes. The fourth picture is an alternate version using the RDM starter hat and Miqo'te longboots dyed jet black. I have since discovered the Halonic Exorcist's boots which look even better.
