Description
All is usable at level 1 by any class except the earrings and the staff of course, which are both level 50. An alternate feather is the Friendship Circlet from recruit a friend, or the Platinum Circlet which is craftable in Master Goldsmith 2. Recently I've been using Omicron Ear Cuff of Casting, Obsolete Android's Hairpin of Casting, Voeburtite Armillae of Casting (instead of gloves), and Casual Boots (Soot Black) as minor edits.
