This glam is equippable by all disciples of war/magic. The earrings are the only things not equippable by lvl 1 classes so swap them for maximum compatibility. I'd recommend the Porxie Earring as a good lvl1 substitute! The glowy Good King Moggle Mog weapons go perfectly with this glam.
If you don't have the Mog Station items, you could use the Ishgardian Thighboots and the Augmented Hailstorm Gloves. Pearl White dye works instead of pure.
