In the cartographer's guild, a red stripe indicates royal appointment. That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it.
Ever since the great glamour unlocking I've wanted to use the hideking boots for *something*, and I decided to see how much stuff I could stack onto that hip area, which led to this discovery. Very fun very cute if I do say so myself.
You can also use knapsack fashion accessory if you wanna be encumbered even further.
