Description
This top was the best I could find. The vanguard boleros are pretty close, but I found them too outlandish for what I was going for.
Throw on a yorha hood (pure white) if you want, I just wanted the hair to show.
You can also go for Turquoise Blue as Dye 1 on the boots, it'll make 'em pop *a lot* more.
