Coerthas is a miserable place for a desert native... not that the Coerthans are enjoying it much either, but still.
The outfit is for all classes BUT only for Immortal Flames due to the undyeable leather straps on the boots - the Flame boots are the only ones that match the grey poncho. You could coordinate with the dyeable Cashmere Poncho and Lv50 Mercenary's Mitts, or get the Lv53 gatherer's boots which are fully dyeable. The Flame mitts are Lv39 and boots are Lv25.
