Greetings!
This set grew quickly on me. Had to abuse the fact that Hrothgar only wear the eyepatch with his headpiece. So here we have the classic, gruffy grump of a crafter you'd find in any base of the resistance - any resistance, really - who would use scrap, wire and an elemental core to upgrade your weapons in ways that clearly have no regard for international law of warfare. Just bring him a drink, and he'll do whatever you like.
