Description
This mysterious bandit strikes in the dimly lit alleys of the Neon Stein, venting her frustrations with the world in the form of ink on walls. Possessed of a prickly personality and a dangerous aura, few dare approach her while she's working - and that's how she likes it. Get too close, and you might see her soft side - a side she avoids showing at all costs, lest people dare think she's some kind of Light-heavyweight pushover.
