You could probably pair the boots with some of the class gear if you don't have the Heavensturn gear - the Saotome Sune-ate (lvl 89 gear) is a pretty good pairing, given the hakama!
There are plenty of katanas that work with this glamour too, but imo the Majestic Manderville's among the best pairings you can get
