Description
The greatest threat in Doma and the Far East to the Garlean Empire was not the Samurai, the Pirates, or the Hidden Lord; it was the peasants. Many a Garlean patrol walked past a common rice field worker, not realizing that behind that downturned face could lurk a skilled ninja seeking to assassinate the battalion's commander, a spy reporting on the patrol movements, or a villager with nothing to lose and remembering how sharp his tools really are.
