This glam idea came about as an in-joke from a friend group I had many years ago. I'd wanted to make this glam ever since I started playing FF14, but never saw the right pieces. It was when I saw both Zero's hat and the body piece that I could make the thought a reality again - indeed it was the main reason (read: only reason) I started Dawntrail; it was to get the jacket.
Pity I had to buy the hat, but it works well.
Baronial Longboots can also work here.
