While all gear is wearable at level 1. You do need level 70 for the Scion Traveler's Jacket.
All other gear is obtainable via pvp vendor or market
- Can also substitute weapon for "Revolver of the Wanderer" from the Wolf's Den pvp vendor to get that 'Last Word' look.
- Can also substitute chest piece for "Obsolete Android's Cloak of Aiming" from the Alliance Raid Paradigm's Breach (works better on male characters for the magazine pouches look)
