Description
the only BLU-specific piece is the cane (which I thought went with the cape) but imo this is v BLU-flavoured
other thoughts:
- the Kupo trousers give a lot more, um, definition than I expected
- I think the neck needs *something*; up to you what
- idk if this is *actually* cerulean blue, but I liked the sibilance
- rn Wikipedia says that the BrE spelling is supposedly "caerulean" but I have never encountered that before ever
