you will need milk (any milk you prefer), coconut oil, ginger powder, turmeric powder, cardamom powder, ashwagandha powder, cinnamon, culinary lavender, a pinch of black pepper, and sweeteners like honey or maple syrup. warm your milk, mix the ingredients, blend until frothy, serve and enjoy. used pearl white dye here because it looks better with the undyeable white part of the top. luckily its metallic luster turned out to be very subtle on these particular pieces.
