On international business, you gotta look GOOD! ;) I saw a healer with this chest piece equipped last night and felt INSPIRED. I RACED to my Glamour Dresser, hoping I didn't get rid of it in my pre-DT purge. Thankfully, it was there! :D I'm just glad Soot Black dye matched better than Jet Black.
