I swear I don't keep using Educand Skirt for everything intentionally, it just keeps winding up being the best choice. I mean look, the hem of the skirt lines up with the bottom of the coat PERFECTLY! And there are leggings underneath, perfect for a winter glam. This uses the MCH weapon but marking it as Any Aiming because any of the Vortex, Fiend, or Smaragdine weapons will be a decent fit to the color palette, and the Shiva Diamond weapons would all fit the aesthetic.
