All but the weapon and ring are actually level 1, but the top and shoes are only accessible after reaching level 90. I chose these colors to match the Hatching Bunny minion, and my choice of bottoms dye is to match my character's skintone, but the cherry pink pairs very well with Tsukuyomi's weapons, so I consider it crucial. The hands are an meant to pull in the design on the shirt, but soot black and dark purple would keep the look the same. The bunny crown is not optional; they're cute.
