Description
Always apply Stormbite first. It's your stronger DoT, and applying it first lets it tick for longer, and thus do more damage overall.
The hat can be the undyeable version with no issue, but the top HAS to be the dyeable version. The gloves' dye could also be fudged a bit, if you wanted to match it to the boots' gold instead, but I don't have any suggestions for that.
