Kefka Palazzo

Yes I know the Amon coat is pretty spot on for this cosplay, but I did not want to use it. I incorporated a couple pieces (mainly gloves, and hair/makeup) from the various glams already on here. Level 60 required for the pants. I made three different glams for a contest at a friend's event because I couldn't decide at the beginning and had to see them all unfold before I made a decision. This is one of them.
