Description
A group of elite Arcanist now newly trained as Scholars in accordance to a pact forged between Maelstrom and now de-transformed Nymian scholars. Granted the special role of "counselors", while they normally act as combat surgeons, they are also given authority to give command their commanders, as well as taking up that role when the commander is disabled.
