The Sky's the Limit

Skybuilder's Fishing Rod, for when you wanna reach for the skyyyy!...or something. Was originally made as a couple's matching glam. Highest level items are the chest-piece and boots, at 87, the rod at 80 (takes some slow fishing turn-ins to NPCs, but otherwise pretty straight-forward). Bottoms are obtained from the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding's Platinum Plan; I'm wearing the tights, he's wearing the slacks, both are wearable by either/or so you aren't restricted by your character's gender.
