Dragon Cultist (Monk)

Greetings! This set was more of an accident, but It starts to grow on me. I was traveling through Gyr Abania and where looking for my hunt target as I did a reststop at Nyunkrep's Hope. And i remembered I wanted to use the Sharlayan Goggles in a Set. So I started building with this as a result. I pictured a sharlayan scholar who looked a little too deep into the incident with a certain dragon in Ala Mhigo and getting affected by the aspect of said being.. Some research is better left alone..
