Description
A member of a smaller band of sky pirates who specializes in surprise attacks by diving right into enemy ships and destroying them through sheer kinetic forces. Despite her attacks resembling that of Dragoons attacking dragons, she doesn't possess any dragon powers. Instead, it is done through careful manipulation of wind ether through the power of the allagan technology she once scavenged in a ruin burried deep within clouds.
