Description
This costume was made for raiding as a ninja, but I'm sure you could find alternative gear for other jobs. The only long-sleeved fingerless gloves I'm aware of are Makai Moon Guide's Fingerless Gloves, which I would have preferred using, but they're healer only. Rather than conventional weaponry, she tends to use zombies and magic. Her spells are usually blue and/or purple in color, so I would suggest finding something that glows one or both of those colors if you must use something.
