I wanted a proper ice glam befitting the chest piece from the new alliance raid - and this staff was the only ice-themed oned I could find :) Also, it never occured to me that WHM is kind of a dancer :D Equipable by both male and female, leg piece is optional: just pick something you can't see from under the dress :)
