Description
The existence of the "High House" cloche implies that there are Ishgardians going around dressing like 1800s London gang members. This made me think of what a rough-and-tumble Dancer from Ishgard's Brume district might look like.
This outfit combines the characterful deco bits of the Sky Pirate's vest blended with the Demon Breeche's red stitch pattern. Can be all-class if you swap out the breeches. Level reqs go down significantly without the mainhand.
