As much as I love the base BLU gear, I wanted a look that swung even more into the stage performer look. I loved the base coloring of the Hailstorm coat and knew that needed to be my base, I just needed to fine pants that could make it feel like a leotard and I think I managed it! Without the Weapon, this can be worn by any caster.
